The main lobby at Johnson Administration Center is ideal for participant registration and serves as the center’s office and administration headquarters.

Johnson also contains an open library for small group meetings and the lower level of the building houses two meeting rooms, as well as a small lounge area. Wireless internet is available.

Merle L. Eyestone Conference Building

Merle L. Eyestone Conference Building

Located near Williams Dining Hall, this space accommodates a maximum meeting group of approximately 25 people.

Furnishings are typically set up boardroom-style with upholstered chairs. Equipment such as white boards, flip charts and a TV with VCR/DVD unit are available for a fee. Meals can be catered to Eyestone for an additional charge.

Riley-Wallace Education Building

Riley-Wallace Education Center

This building features a nature-study classroom, educational exhibits and five meeting rooms, ideal for breakout sessions. The largest, Great Plains Auditorium, accommodates a maximum capacity of 125 people with comfortable armed chairs.

The Sunflower, Cottonwood and Meadowlark Rooms each allow for a capacity of 25, with desks featuring moveable tablet arms. The Prairie Room sets up with six round tables for a capacity 45, and can be subdivided into two rooms.

Spencer Auditorium accommodates a capacity of 400 people in theatre-style seats, includes a stage, recently updated lighting and a sound system.

The lobby includes a welcome desk, ideal for registration. Thousands of square feet surrounding the auditorium display an art gallery showcasing the works of Kansas artists, and serves as space for exhibit booth setup.

The lower level has a centrally located conference area, which accommodates 400. This room has acoustical doors, which can separate the space into two rooms holding 150 each, or four rooms of 60. In addition, the Haflich and Vinson Seminar Rooms each seat 30. Heritage Hall serves as one of Rock Springs primary storm shelters in case of inclement weather.

Williams serves as the main dining room on grounds, accommodating a capacity of 500 people. The dining room offers a piano and sound system, and the lobby area features a cozy setting with comfortable lounge furniture and a fireplace.

The lower level is frequently used for indoor activities, dining room overflow and additional meeting space; the lower level can accommodate a capacity of 250 people.

Weidemann Dining Hall

Weidemann Dining Hall

Located near the entrance to Rock Springs, Weidemann serves as the secondary dining hall on grounds, and sits on the WaShunGa side of the center.

The dining room accommodates 100 people, and the setup can be adjusted based on group needs. The lobby features comfortable lounge furniture and a fireplace.

Meditation Chapel

Meditation Chapel

The chapel accommodates a maximum capacity of 75 people in pews. An electric piano and sound system are provided.
